In comparison to other DDD provider agencies, AZA United has some of the most competitive wages around to offer habilitation, respite and attendant care providers. Habilitation ranges from $9.00 - $14.00 per hour. Respite and attendant care ranges from $8.00 - $10.00 per hour. AZA United uses a Pay Rate Model to determine starting wages that takes into account previous experience, education and other qualifications. Once you have begun working for AZA United, you will be eligible for a raise for habilitation after every 250 hours, and for respite or attendant care every 500 hours. For example, if you provide 20 hours per week of habilitation you would be eligible for a raise about every 3 months. We also have a professional development program for employees to increase your knowledge and skills through a variety of trainings, workshops and enriching activities! Paychecks are disbursed twice per month. All new hires must attend a New Employee Orientation, complete all requirements and receive clearance to work from AZA United prior to beginning services.
